Abstract
본 연구는 치과용 캐드캠으로 제작된 지르코니아의 내면적합성을 내면 설정 공간 측면에서 평가하였다. 상악 우측 제1 대구치를 복제하여 15개의 지대치를 제작하고 스캔하여 일반적인 코핑을 디자인 한 다음 내면 공간을 각각 30(A), 50(B), 70(C) μm로 부여해 그룹당 5개씩 총 15개를 디자인하였다. 최종 제작된 지르코니아를 실리콘 복제법과 디지털 전자현미경으로 측정하였다(×140). 일원배치 분산분석과 Tukey의 사후검정으로 결과를 분석하였고(α=0.05), A와 C군의 협측에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 평균단면의 5지점 중 C군의 원심부를 제외한 모든 지점의 평균 값에서 120 μm 이하의 값을 나타내었다. 임상적으로 적용하기에 적절하다고 판단되지만 지정한 값과는 다르게 일정한 결과의 경향을 보이지 않음에 따라 정확도에 영향을 미치는 소재, 기계 오차 등에 대해 더 많은 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.
In this study, the internal fitness of zirconia made by dental computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) was evaluated of internal cement space. The first molar of the maxillary right was duplicated and 15 abutments were fabricated. The abutment teeth were scanned and designed as a general coping shape. Each group was set up cement space 30(group A), 50(group B), 70(group C) μm. The final fabricated zirconia was measured by silicon replica technique and digital microscopy (×140). Results were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Tukey-post test (α=0.05). There was a significant difference between A and C buccal groups (p<0.05). The mean value of all the points except the distal part of group C was less than 120 μm. Although it is appropriate to apply clinically, it does not show the tendency of constant result different from set value. Therefore, further study on material and machine erroraffecting accuracy should be conducted.
